One Day Came, Inc was established in 2004 on the premise that all dreams of a good life in work, living or otherwise, at some point, comport a constructed facility as the dream's platform. The existence of this platform, or facility, is the most profound symbol that the dream is now a reality and that 'The Day Has Come.' Our business model as construction professionals is grounded in becoming “One” with our clients’ dreams and goals; and being stewards of their missions and objectives. This business model drives us to become partners with our clients, industry-mentors, subcontractors and communities, and thereby deliver these facilities with greatest collection of pride and excellence.
While the company may be relatively young, the basis of our knowledge and experience span beyond decades. Most of our people are degreed young professionals who love the business of construction; and they are very ambitious about taking on large tasks and growing the company. We have participated as an under-study in mentorship opportunities with leading companies. We employ the latest technologies and green-conscious practices and strive to stay on the leading edge.
We are currently performing work simultaneously on both Florida A&M University (FAMU) campuses – Main Campus, Tallahassee, FL and College of Law, Orlando, FL. We are working in Crestview, FL as a joint venture partner with Peter-Brown Construction on a $9.5M Allied Health Education facility. We are working in Broward County, FL, West Palm Beach, FL and closely tracking opportunities in our homeland of Miami, FL.
The success that One Day Came, Inc has experienced is a result of our dedication to the industry and our openness to establishing long term genuine partnerships. We are proud of this business model and thus, we do not hesitate to show case a few of the key partners that have been great friends in the industry. So when you see us in the community, do not hesitate to have a word with our people as we are always striving to expand our reach !
