OT has over 24-years of experience in commercial construction.  Delancy, an effective project leader, has a project experience portfolio that is valued at upwards of $750 Million, and includes multiple iconic projects.  He specializes in construction management, project controls, construction contract review, constructibility review, critical path schedule review, change management, and claims analysis.  Delancy also provides expertise on small business and minority inclusion from experience with successful inclusion programs he’s spearheaded.
